• Study & Practice Data: Your answers, response history, audio recordings, scores, AI evaluation outcomes, and study plan selections.
• Payment Transactions: All payments are processed securely through our gateway partner, Razorpay. We do not store credit card numbers or banking passwords on our servers; we only store transaction tokens, amounts, and statuses.

3. How We Use Your Information

We process your personal information for the following purposes:

• To create, manage, and verify your student account.
• To evaluate mock tests, section practice, and drills, and generate AI-assisted practice feedback and reports.
• To construct and dynamically update your daily study plans.
• To send you transactional notifications, subscription updates, and reminders (via email/in-app).
• To prevent fraudulent attempts and verify Razorpay payment signatures.

4. Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We only share information with third-party services necessary for operating our platform:

• OpenAI: Essay text and transcribed speaking audio are sent to OpenAI APIs to generate scoring and feedback.
• Razorpay: Payment detail exchanges for billing, transactions, and refunds.
• Database & Infrastructure Providers: Hosted database providers (Neon/PostgreSQL) and server hosting networks (Vercel) to store and serve user records.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your account details and practice history as long as your account is active to preserve your learning progress. You can request deletion of your account and personal records by contacting support at support@advanceabroadacademy.com.

6. Security Measures

We implement industry-standard encryption protocols (HTTPS/SSL) for all communication and data transfer. Password records are hashed using bcrypt before database storage. Payment sessions are validated via digital signature hashes.
