• Payment Processing: Payments are processed through Razorpay when online payments are enabled. By initiating a purchase, you authorize us to charge the amount shown at checkout.
• Taxes and Fees: Any applicable taxes, gateway fees, or discounts are shown before payment wherever applicable.
• Digital Delivery: No physical goods are shipped. Paid access is delivered digitally after successful payment verification.
• Usage Limits: Premium tiers include specific limits (e.g. 10 mock attempts or quota evaluations). Exceeding these limits will require upgrading your package or waiting until renewal.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials on this platform, including practice questions, design structure, analytical feedback formats, templates, logo, and brand name, are the property of Advance Abroad Academy and are protected by copyright laws. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access the platform for individual preparation purposes only. You may not distribute, scrape, copy, resell, or commercialize any content.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

AI-assisted feedback, scores, reports, and study suggestions are provided for practice and informational purposes only. Official exam providers make final scoring decisions, and we do not guarantee any specific result, admission outcome, visa outcome, or exam score.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Advance Abroad Academy, its founders, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the platform or products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
